The Capitoline Museums are situated in Piazza del Campidoglio, on top of the Capitoline Hill in Rome. The museums' collection comprises of a large number of Roman artifacts, statues and inscription, medieval and Renaissance art and other items. Some of the most important artifacts available for display are bronze statue of Constantine I, the bust of Cleopatra, the statue of Dionysus Sardanapalus, the Capitoline Venus, the marble statue of the Dying Gaul and many more.
