Golf Parco de’ Medici is part if the leisure infrastructure of the Sheraton Hotel and Resort. Its 18-hole course was laid out by Davide Mezzacane in 1990, and the 9-hole course was designed by Fabiano Rebecchini in 1996. The two courses are located on the former hunting manor of Pope Innocent VIII and, in time, they were home to national and international competitions (such as the European Club Cup Albacom Trophy and the IBM Ladies Italian Open). The golfing infrastructure also comprises a driving range with 9 outdoor bays and 12 covered bays (it also comprises a chipping area).

For the sake of diversity, guests of the Sheraton Resort can take into account the swimming pools, the gym, the sauna and the Turkish bath, as well as the tennis court and the football pitch.
